2005 was a bad year, The Eagles, coming off a loss in the superbowl looked like they were ready to go back again, but that was not to be. Terrell Owens caused distraction by demanding a new contract, and threatening to make things ugly if he didn't get his way. McNabb was injured early in the season and was not the same QB as the year before. TO continued to make things ugly and was suspended for the final six games of the year, and cut before the start of the 2006 season. Looking forward to 2006, The injuries have healed, the distraction of TO is gone and the Eagles had an excellent draft. This could be a year when the Eagles return to their dominance of past years.
